This was one of the first games that made me fall in love with my SNES.
I have just one con about this game, and is that it doesn't matter if you play single player campaign, you'll play with the screen splitted, cause the computer will drive in the lower side.
AI, wasn't strong, the 20 other players were very stupid, but it didn't matter, since they were there just to do the work, the real threat was the player "controlled by the computer" (the one that was driving in the lower screen). But he was easily beatable.
The real threat (I know I said it was the computer driver), wasn't real the computer driver, or at least in the hard courses; the real threat were the hard courses, oh my god they were really hard!, sometimes you lost, and it was because of the curves of some courses, I won't ever forget the Japan course, it's almost imposible to finish in the top 5.
This will be ever a great game.
