Top Gun is basically a very hard game for those who are not used to flight sims that much. This is one of the first flight sims that came out. It gets interesting when people get used to the game, otherwise this game is boring. Most of the time gamers will end up crashing their plane during landing, thus reducing one life. There is no proper storyline in this game. Although this game was based on the movie of the same name. Music is not impressive. However the sound effects are pretty good. Graphics is fairly smooth. Overall it is a nice addition to the NES collection, provided it is one of the first few sims. I would rather recommend people, who are not fond of flight sims, to avoid this game.
