Better successor to Diablo 2 then Diablo 3 itself!
- Great customization (just like in Diablo 2)
- Looks good (Not amazing, but the cartoonish graphics are cool enough)
- Excellent controls - Easy to learn
- Lots of different monsters and area's
- Doesnt feel like a grinding drag
- Innovative gameplay (like pet doing groceries)
Cons:
- No amazing graphics
- No respec (though some people may actually see this as a pro)
- Doesnt feel epic, just a lot of fun
- Few classes
If we'd merge the pro's of TL2 with the pro's of D3 we'd have a true Diablo 2 successor!
Fun to play, simple, good looking, good difficulty settings, highly customizable.
I do miss some more classes, in fact I only really like one and thats the berserker. Ember mage disappointed me. While I normally always pick a mage class. Outlander Ive played too much in dungeon crawlers and it's not very innovative compared to other similar classes in other dungeon crawlers. But I think there is a class for everyone, although more options would've been more fun!
