Junk. It's very underdeveloped. I've only had my second encounter and I can replicate a freeze even time i use a certain Cypher. You are inundated with endless dialog right after you start the game. There is no clear direction with respect to questing. I'll pick this back up when I have absolutely no other games to play, and after it's been patched a half dozen times.
