Trace Memory is a jewel of a game. A mystery game with a story that works with the heart. It is never foreseeable. With characters that are not over exaggerated, and as real as life itself. I want to see more of these characters. Plus a surprise ending, as far as gameplay goes.

The puzzles can be very hard, but always solvable. Solutions staring at you in the face, but at another angle. And always keep your eye out for any clues. And every bit of the DS is used in this game. Every function, even sleep mode.

Excellent blend of western and eastern art. In atmospheric places. Even the floor can be examined. And somehow that made the places feel more alive.

And be sure to remember much, there will be a test. several. Don't pass on trying to find all he blue DTS cards. They add more atmosphere.

If you like a good mystery game with a lot of DS innovation to the genre, this is a great game with a great story. Nice challenges with some real head hitters, which are the make of a great mystery game.
