Transformers is just one of a slew of licenses without a decent game. That is, until now!

Transformers is one of many licenses that has been around for a long time, but sadly has never generated much of a video game. This all changed, however, with the releas of this game. In what hopefully will continue to be a trend, a licensed game has delivered and provided the type of gameplay the franchise deserved. Thank the maker that the developers went the way they did with this game. The major hinderance to Transformers is obviously the ability to transform, and finding a way to incorporate that into a game. Sure, they could easily have done it like The Hulk... making you be a robot for some levels and a car in others. This, however, would detract from what makes transformers special... The ability to transform at will and as necessary. They managed to accomplish this with flying colors, and Transformers is an excellent game because of it. It is fairly difficult, especially after the first level, but it is also exceptionally fun. I reccommend this game to anyone with even a passing interest in Transformers.
