Transformers may not be a game for everybody, but the game is worth playing.
The games is about a war between the Autobots the good guys and the Decepticons the bad guys who desire power and Galactic conquest. The Autobots were on a brink of defeat until the Autobots fled to earth to find more powerful arsenals called the mini-cons to counter the threat of the Decepticons. Megatron has unleased an massive army called the Decepticlones.
In the game you get to choose up to three Autobots. There are mini-cons that have special abilities that any of the Autobots can use, and other hidden items to unlock in many vast worlds. In the Extras menu you get to view the artwork of the characters and worlds, toys, comics, music soundtracks, CG's and TV spots which are only PSA's from the Transformers G1 TV show. The game is super long (depending on how much you care about finding mini-cons and other stuff). After defeating Megatron, you have to go against Unicron. However, in order to go against him you have to find every single mini-con. You get to fight other different Decepticones, such as Bonecrusher, Starscream, Tidal Wave and Cyclonus. The flaw in the game is that it can be overwhelming and very repetitive to beat every mission fairly qucikly. And that can be unfun and very frustrating. Another flaw is that camera angles are pretty annoying. Some players may get a bit of some motion sickness when moving around in circles.
Overall, the game is pretty good and worth playing.
