Under the Knife 2 is alot like the first one, a little difference in the anime look of the characters and some changes to the interface. Female bodies that you operate on now have a cover over their chest, whereas the first game had no such covering. The story line was generally a little weaker than the first game, not that was ever the big draw of the title. Its all about the cutting, suturing, and sucking of various fluids for me. I didn't find this game as difficult as the first for some reason, though many stages are still plain hard. Requires concentration and multitasking to win, after playing an operation I'd find myself a little tense from concentrating so hard. Definitely recommend the title, takes great advantage of the DS capabilities to create a unique and fun game. My only complaint is that it seemed like more of the same, a few more innovations would have made it the equal of its predecessor.
