What I want to say first is that it is amazing that they've improved the gun options, now you can carry one gun if you want and you can weild any weapon you have but with limited options. I had alot of fun shooting up civilians with a rotary cannon(mini-gun), blew things away with the RPG, and blew heads and limbs off with the .50 auto pistol. If you've just been fighting crime, wait 'til you shoot people, it's fun. The reflections on the car windows are great and they've improved the graphics alot. The problems with this game is that you don't have the freedom that you have in GTA and the game freezes up once in a while and it'll start slowing down making it feel like that you will need to turn it off. Also, sometimes, when you go into a building, the screen will turn black except the HUD and the shadows and the radar will freeze up making you confused. Also, I have to be honest with you, I've cheated, but I guess everyone will when it's either hard or boring and in that case you will cheat and shoot random people. It's also fun to tear out the parking meters and beat and throw at hookers to make an improvement oh and if you're offended by cussing and goriness don't buy, rent, or borrow this game even if it is fun or crappy. And it has good music.
