It's OK
The first mission in the game was actually pretty sweet; the graphics were way better than I expected, much better than other similar games, the voice acting was pretty decent, although as I played on I realized that people in the game mainly spit out obscenity in several languages, the controls were not as bad as people say, although at times they did get kind of weird, the driving alright, not the best, you just have to get used to it (live with it), and I only have come across a few bugs that have really hindered the gameplay, having the game only freeze twice in the time that I've played and some other wierd graphics bugs pop out. Anyways, they only last a few seconds so it's not that bad.
Laggy at times, glitchy, ok driving, etc... I recommend you wait for a better game to come out, or just rent it....
