Daaaamn!!! Uwe Boll got where he wanted to!!!

User Rating: 8.5 | Tunnel Rats PC
To start this review i'll just say something: this game is TOTAL crap.

So you must be questioning why the 8.5 it received. I'll explain my criteria of evaluation.
First: Objective of the game.
Second: Director of the game.

I guess the objective Uwe Boll had in mind when he made this game was showing people that his ridiculously made movies weren't that bad. He did it!!! This game feels hundreds of times worse than any of his movies and, really, it's making me and my brother laugh a lot cause of it's poor voice acting, ridiculous level design, low quality textures and, the best (or worse), the animations.
The knife stab animation reminds me of the old Delta Force. It feels unnatural and weak, but it kills a lot!!! And seeing those vietcongs falling down with physics makes it even worse. Plus, to every kill you make the character has something to say. Often, you'll hear an awfull "Die" completely lacking emotion.

Uwe Boll also made a game to play with the american cliches of Vietnam War, making a cliche main character, cliche phrases, cliche story, resulting in an awful Vietnam game that will for sure remind you of a thousand action movies you've watched.

To finish, don't you dare to use a grenade in this game. No no no no no. They haven't finished the game before launch so your grenade exists but they don't explode. It's more like a toy grenade, i mean, you can throw it, but of course it won't explode.

This is a magnificent work, counting that Uwe Boll is the one behind it, so congratulations to him, he got exactly where he wanted to.
