I think this game is so-so.
The main menu is probably the coolest thing in the game
The music is great
Bad:
The controls are bad
Unrealistic sound effects
Graphics look sloppy and unfinished
Long load times
I used to think this game was alright- but I just played it again a few days ago for a while and I thought it was so-so.
The graphics aren't good, the character models look sloppy, unfinished and weird. The dinosaurs look all pixilated and blurry. The animatons for your character are alright, but the dinosaurs looks terrible while they are running.
The sound doesn't sound that great. The voice acting isn't good, but it's okay. The music is great though. The sound effects (like when your character swings that thing with spikes), it makes a pretty unrealistic sound.
This game is very hard, the camera controls are confusing and it takes a while to turn around to clobber a dinosaur the just started to attack you from behind, and is about to kill your character and make you the dinosaurs snack.
Turok Evolution also takes quite a while to load, which isn't good, but it gives you something to read on the screen while it's loading.
In conclusion, Turok Evolution has a lot of problems, but there are some good things, but it's still alright.
