A good enough game that provides a cool movie feeling. Although it is a little flawed, it still manages to be fun.

This is a pretty darn good game.
In this game you are heading to a planet in search of a dangerous man known as Kane-the leader of Wolf Pack. But when you crash land, you soon figure out that this is not an ordinary place. Not only Wolf Pack walk on this grass, but the clawed-feet of certain beasts also walk on it. Those beast are known as dinosaurs.
You play as Joseph Turok, and first off, , now he is just a soldier of Whiskey Co.,and he just happens to come across more dinosaurs, thats not a problem for him.
Now, you also fight soldiers of Wolfpack, and the creators of this game did catch one thing, the dinosaurs will attack wolfpack, one way is naturally, they just see the soldier. The other way is by firing a shotgun flare toward the soldier when a dinosaur-or two- is present.
But don't worry, you are not alone, a fellow Whiskey Co. soldier meets up with you and fights with you. His name is Slade, he is a mediocre gunman who seems to often get hurt. Now when he gets hurt, he kneels down and stays down for like 10 sec. He won't fire his gun when he is hurt. Also, Wolfpack owns Slade, just as they'll own you.
Now, Turok is strong, I mean, really strong, he can break a small raptor over is leg. But he can NOT take any damage. Seriously, he is so strong and yet he is a abysmal when it comes to durability. I'm not sure exactly how that works. And your enemies can irritate so much, during one of the missions, you have to go up an elevator, and when you go up, Wolfpack basically surrounds you, they are coming from all places, and no spot could possibly be safe, Turok gets owned very easily, especially at this point in time, seriously it took me like five tries to beat that part, thats how frustrating Turok is. And Slade isnt helping enough, he will kill one or two, or even three people, but for the most part, he'll be kneeling down from being hurt.
And these flaws take like 30% of fun out of the game. But killing dinosaurs is so fun it saves this game.
