Old school but still a great game.
With graphics like the first Twisted Metal, the gameplay is what has really makes this game glorious. Unlike the first Twisted Metal, I found Twisted Metal 2 to be less distracting. No pedestrians shooting at you, no blinking red whenever you get attacked, and better control of the vehicles.
Random pedestrians in the streets make this game pretty funny too. With Twisted Metal groupies, Santa Clause, and painters, this game is full of enjoyment.
The levels are great. My favorite level would have to be Paris. Other levels include, New York, Holland, Los Angeles, and more. Each level has it's own unique feel and features.
The sounds in Twisted Metal 2 are good for it's day. Gunfire sounds good, background music isn't bad at all, explosions, and killing pedestrians all sound great and are somewhat humorous to say the least.
Overall Twisted Metal 2 is a fantastic game. If you haven't picked it up yet after all these years, I am still recommending you do so.
