Twisted Metal Head On is the first Twisted Metal game I've played. I was impressed, although I didn't get to play it multiplayer, so I missed out on what looks like a really fun time. There's a multitude of different characters/vehicles to pick from, each with their own attributes and special weapon. And as an added bonus, they each have their own storyline and ending (truthfully though, once I got through a couple times, I didn't feel like going through any more). The graphics are really good, and the sounds are decent too. The gameplay could have been better, it handles more like a third person shooter than a driving game. For example, if you're backing up and press right, the front of the vehicle turns right instead of left. And if you're speeding and press the brake, you stop on a dime, no skidding or anything. The actual combat is good though.
