It is evident within the first few hours of playing how truly awful this game is when compared to similar RPGs.
I picked up this title shortly after beating Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, so I was hoping for a gameplay experience similar to, or at least a bit in the same realm as Oblivion. Boy, was I let down. Immediately after booting up Two Worlds, you notice right away the inferior graphics. The dialogue between player and NPC's looks wooden, stagnant and awkward when contrasted with similar titles. Hoping maybe that the gameplay would off-set the inferior grpahics, I plowed on through the first few hours of the story.
The predictable generic storyline coupled with the ho-hum combat and so-so item/equipment options made me throw up my hands in disgust more than a few times while trying to genuinely give this title a chance.
About 15 hours into the game, I had totally given up. The lackluster effort was evident in almost ALL facets of the game.
Unless Two Worlds is given to you for free, do yourself a favour and save your money for a beer or a package of band-aids. It'll do you better than sitting through this broken, ugly, boring game.
