Ty the Tasmanian Tiger was a game that amazed me while I was younger, and still does today with it's adventurous theme of areas. For it's time, for a game of it's pedigree of course, the graphics were great whether it be the ripples you make on the water's surface, wildfires, or just natural forestry scenery. As next, gameplay, basically you wield dual boomerangs, or at least until you find the other in the first level, square throws them, circle bites, and of course the x button which jumps and in plain theory it was pretty basic and easy for newer players to the PS2 to get a hold of. Lots of new boomerangs in the game provide you with endless possibilities for fun with enemies, but of course with great things comes great collecting, by this I mean collect golden cogs and bring them to the rang lab. The story was a basic good guy bad guy plot that gave you some deep interest, though not much. Mainly there's a guy named Boss Cass going around making trouble and destroying things and will destroy anyone who gets in his way. The climax was great and so was the game itself to play.
