I'll make this brief as i can't think of much to write about it, plays alright on pc with 360 controller, if you played fifa 08 you have pretty much played this, be a pro mode nice touch, i just choose 1 striker, makes you think about positioning etc, graphics are appauling they look like they should be in fifa 02 awful presentation, pro evo 08 for the pc is a much much better buy, makes me wonder how you can compare pro evo 08 to its console counterparts quite well, uefa on the presentation side could be easily compared to iss pro on the psx, i never have high expectations for pc versions of fifa games as they almost always suck, seems EA don't think pc owners play football games. Bear in mind though this review is for the PC version only, i have this on PS3 too and its actually quite good more like an 8.0-8.5, my advice to pc footie fans is buy pro evo 08 its a much better ride.
