The Good:
-Large customization options
-Solid game mechanics, especially the improved Submission system
-Interactive training mode is a very welcome addition
-PRIDE Fighting Championship rules will be very liked by MMA fans

The Bad:
-Painfully slow loading times
-A little too much skipping required to get into the action

Verdict (Buy it, Rent it, Forget it)
-Buy it!
