The Xbox 360 doesn't have that many fighting games. Luckily, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 will keep gamers looking for a fight entertained for a while to come. This is a classic arcade game that is still a blast to play solo or with a friend, but even better online over Xbox Live. Everything you love about Mortal Kombat is here and it works just fine. The achievement points are spread out so you can't just breeze through the game and get all of them in a few hours like you could with Dig Dug. The fighting is the same as it's always been, but it's still great and ton of fun. Kick, punch, grab, do whatever it takes to mutalate your opponent and rip out their spine for the fun of it. Why not? The game is 800 M$ points, which is a litttle pricy for an old arcade game, but this is a game that you can get hours upon hours of enjoyment from, and will keep you playing for a long time to come. The visuals of UMK3 aren't any different from the arcade version and neither are the sound effects, but they all work well and keep the game's classic feel intact. There are unlockable characters to earn by playing the game as well as a couple tournament modes for multiple friends to fight along. Overall, this is an Xbox Live Arcade game that you should purchase. Now, Finish Him!
