UltimaUltimate Spider Man is a pretty decent game, however it’s safer to rent it then buy it.

Ultimate Spider Man is based on the comic book version of Spider Man and not the film versions. The game follows a plot involving Venom and other villains that based off the comic book. But don’t worry; the game story is pretty easy to follow even if you have never read an Ultimate Spider Man comic. The graphics are sharp and the fact that the game is cell- shaded, it brings a more comic book feel. The controls for Spider Man and Venom are not hard to learn at all. Spider Man will however, be the main playable character and Venom will be the side character. However, Venom’s parts are more fun to play in because of Venom’s strength and powers. The game is quite short and will leave you wanting more. After beating the game you can collect objects around the city to unlock hidden items for Spider Man. Bottom Line: If you’re a big fan of Spider Man you should probably buy this game, but if your not I suggest renting it.
