Pretty good game, it may lack a bit of replayability once you've beat the game.

This is really a game for the teen generation. A lot of teens (like myself) will enjoy the slight humor, and the action gameplay of Spider-Man as a teen. Sometimes you'll get stuck on a level or two, other than that not to difficult to finish the game. There are a lot of attempts in this game to add replayability, but most can be completed very quickly. There are "city events" that randomly pop up almost anywhere. Trick races are sometimes hard to complete, but I'm sure eventually you'll succeed at getting medals in all of them. The combat tours have a few hard spots but are inevitably completed sooner or later. Collecting tokens is both hard and fun, because you will rarely ever go out looking for them. You usually are doing something different like a race and then you spot one or two. Doing these gets you "unlockables", but only a few of them are even close to being interesting.
You can unlock concept art (ok, if you have the patience to look through them all), comic covers (you can't view the actual comics just the covers), characters (very pointless unless you don't know most characters names which is in fact still pointless), landmarks (Kind of interesting, but not that fun to collect landmark tokens), and costumes (The most fascinating of all the unlockables, but they should have included more). That sums up all the unlockables, so not much to do once you've beat the game. I myself was considering using cheats to unlock the costumes, but I couldn't find the right ones.
Overall a good spider-man game, if your a fan you'll love this one. If your not you'll enjoy a good New York spin anyways. This game really deserves a sequel.
