Uncharted 2 is an absolute blast. It does exactly what a sequel should do, and that's improve on it's predecessor.

If you look up perfection in the dictionary, you'll see Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Naughty Dog made a masterpiece with Drake's Fortune, and then came back a few years later to make a serious GOTY contender in Uncharted 2. This game is full of action, puzzles, and twists. The visuals in this game are some of the best I've seen... ever. It's like playing a movie. I didn't have any interest in the online play of this game, so I'm just reviewing the single player mode.

Once the action starts, it rarely lets up. The puzzles are creative, and not so hard to solve that you get discouraged. The "hint" feature helps you out when you've spent some time trying to figure out your path or the solution to a puzzle. On the normal difficulty this game is just hard enough to keep you challenged, and with an improved AI for your foes you'll need to stay alert at all times.

Staying with theme of additions to this game... U2 has a welcome addition in the character department. Chloe. She's smart, sexy, and likes to use her womanly traits to "persuade" Drake. All of this gets a little hairy when they stumble across Elena in Nepal. The chemistry between Drake and his female sidekicks really adds to the emotion of the story, and helps keep the player connected. So, this sparks the debate of which girl is Drake's best girl?

Nathan Drake once again finds himself having to choose between fortune and friends. On an expedition for a mythological treasure Drake realizes that, once again, this is a treasure that should be left alone. Naturally, there's a psychotic madman that disagrees. With his army of PMC's, Drake is hugely outnumbered. It wouldn't be as fun if he weren't. But, with some help of friends along the way no task is too tall.
