I have owned this game for so long that I felt compelled to write something. Most of all this: Such a shame CODMWF2 has grabbed the attention of so many PS3 owners. It dwarfs this in terms of online players and, owning both MWF2 and UC2 I can wholeheartedly state that this is superior. People used to FPS may balk at the 3rd person perspective, but it makes more sense as you don't get disorientated and you don't walk into things stupidly (basically anything beyond your peripheral vision). Also look at what this does over MWF - it expands the repetoire of play: Blind fire, superior grenade accuracy, ability to melee (rather than switchblade everyone) and as everyone starts out with the same guns, it is a much more of an even playing field (no silly killstreaks) Once mastered it is truly gripping - racing towards the best guns on the map. Sure, one player is a little short but there are loads of medals and objectives and the gameplay is so slick that you do actually want to play it again on single player after completion. MWF2 is mainstream, this is the connoisseur's choice.
