Yet another glowing review for this game!
The story is highly cinematic, with a lot of cutscenes, great voice work, interactions between characters, etc. It really does feel like you are watching a movie.
Graphically the game is excellent, with realistic character animations, nice environmental details, and lots of little things that catch your eye (tracks in the snow, lighting and water effects, etc.) It's the little things that count in games these days, and Uncharted 2 gets it right.
Gameplay is a lot of fun, with a nice mix of platforming, combat, stealth, and puzzles in single player. Multiplayer is nice too, with smaller sized skirmishes, but on nicely designed maps that promote conflict and cover usage. The mission varieties are all fun as well. I have not yet tried co-op, but I am looking forward to it.
The controls are fairly responsive, and I have not had any difficulty in navigating areas or combat yet. Being nimble in the game is hard, but it pays off when you can efficiently move in and out of cover to avoid fire and take people down.
In all this is a superb game, with both an engrossing single player, and engaging multiplayer experience. I completely recommend it to all video game fans.
