The kind of console gaming experience that makes you glad you have opposable thumbs
It's good to be wrong sometimes. This is the complete gaming experience. The kind that makes you forget to let the dog out, forget about finishing the wash, and ditch cleaning the dishes. Damn, this game looks incredible. And it plays just as well. Yeah, it has a few quirks. But doesn't everything in life.
The developer has taken all the best aspects of other games, and seamlessly blended them together to create a cinematic title that rivals some really good films for grabbing your attention and holding it. (only for 6-8 hours at a time, not 2)
I don't see any reason to drag this review out. It's simple. If you own a PS3, just go out and get this game. You'll enjoy every friggin' bit of it. Story line, character development, platforming, run-n-gunning, puzzle solving.. It's all there, and a new co-op / multiplayer component is icing on the cake. It's not just a video game... It's an adventure. (corny, but true)
