With cinematic visuals, stunning animation and a well executed script, U2 is the closest thing to an interactive film.
Sound: -10 -
Terrific voice-acting and great soundtrack that seems to come in at the perfect moments and fits each environment well. Explosions and gunfire are thrilling(Especially with surround sound)
Animation/Control: -10-
The stunning even more elusive Drake appears to move just like a 190lb athletic man would. (Of course one could never climb as well but you look passed that quickly.) Aiming is accurate and grenades are effective and user friendly(You can even throw propane tanks and shoot them which is easier than it sounds). Fighting is still somewhat simplistic but fun. Drake Climbs, covers and stealth KO's with ease. There is rarely a frustrating moment.
Graphics: -10- Gee, another ten you ask? Well, let's just say you have to see it to believe it. Beautifully detailed and fleshy environments give your eyes a masterpiece to view during the entire experience. Thrilling explosions and pyrotechnics are superb.
Presentation: -10-
U2 weaves gameplay and cut scenes together seamlessly to create a cinematic experience. Hollywood, brother! Nuff said.
Multiplayer: -9-
Very fun. Battles are on a smaller scale than first person shooters but a great change of pace and a bonus attachment to a game that truly doesn't need it to stand as one of the greats.
Second opinion: Even if you don't prefer action/ shooters you will appreciate everything about this game. Its revolutionary gameplay stands alone at the top, awaiting to be challenged. GET THIS GAME! It will not disappoint.
