UNCHARTED 3: DRAKE'S DECEPTION REVIEW (FOR PLAYSTATION 3):

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is fantastic new addition to both the Uncharted gaming series and the gaming world itself.

It has been a two long, long years since the release of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (see my reviews), but the wait has been well and truly worth it! Uncharted has returned with better graphics, a better story, more explosive/flying/swimming/all-round awesome set-pieces to enjoy, better voice-acting, better (meaning harder) and more puzzles, a much improved-on fight system, and better enemies. Also, in this Uncharted, you get a much better and more detailed insight into the very close, almost father-and-son (or at least 'father figure') relationship of Nathan "Nate" Drake (the main character) and Victor Sullivan (his mentor), including how they met twenty years ago, and how it links very well into their current, modern-day problems with new villain, Katherine Marlow. This year's addition to the franchise includes the return of Uncharted favourites, aside from the obvious Nate and Sully, Elena (Nate's ex-love interest) and Chloe (Nate's other ex-love interest and current "work" colleague).

In Uncharted 3, you play as two players: adult Nate and 14 year-old Nate, even if it only is for two missions. It is in those two missions where you get the excellent insight into Nate and Sully's close relationship.
