Dont know which is more disappointing, this or Gears of war 3

Im a huge fan of the this series. I was looking forward to this game more then anything, but it fell short of expectations. Why you ask? The whole point of the Uncharted series is to make an action adventure game that almost feels like a movie. Did they succeed? Somewhat. Every single action scene where you feel like things are getting really intense you can control your character, but no matter what, you will always get the same outcome. Falling out of the plane, you can control him, but it doesn't matter, you will always hit that cargo box. Same with the horse riding part. Cool i get to control my horse, but you cant run into walls or even call off the cliff. You will just keep riding. Where is the fun in that? Every time the action picks up, I can control him, but i always do the same thing. Why cant i miss the cargo box and fall to my death? Why cant i hit the wall on my horse and die? Why is everything becoming so easy to play? AS for the rest of the game, some parts were better then others. The part where you're on the drug, cool idea... Lasts waaaaay tooo long. If i wanted to take acid, Id just take it. I don't want to do it in my video game. I like how they added some more hand to hand combat, but the fights were all the same. He would go on one knee and i would drill him back and forth. Everytime. It got repetitive very fast. Naughty dog is definitely one of the best developers, but this was a huge disappointment. They definitely dropped the ball on this one.
