Once again Naughty Dog blurs the line between Cinema and Gaming

User Rating: 9 | Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception PS3
Uncharted 3 is yet another awesome Cinematic Gaming experience which has you taking the roll of Nathan Drake as he is once again on a mission to find out more about his ancestor and his travels. It leads our hero to England, France, the desert and even a ocean liner where he tries to save himself from countless thugs who's sole purpose in life is to take you down.

Once again Naughty Dog has pushed the limits of the PS3 console with stunning effects and mind blowing graphics. It's something that they kept improving on, from the first game. It's something they have learnt to do well, and I wish that more development companies would look at this game and just learn what is actually possible.

The voice acting is superb, yet again, and the story takes you to rich environments and awesome cities rich with detail and culture. It almost pops out of the screen.

There isn't a lot of negative things that can be said about this game. The Movement of Drake is actually SO realistic that you sometimes (especially at the beginning) find it hard to control him. This can mean some issues when having to quickly navigate through passages or traversing small ledges. But you get used to it after a while.

There's been some new additions, including some new weapons, the fact that you can now throw grenades that were intended for you back to the enemy, instead of just running away, silent take downs, and a great new combat system which has you doing a few quick time events like dodging and tapping O to escape the clutches of your would be killer.

It's an awesome game. I really enjoyed it a lot and was a bit sad to see the end of it. If you have a PS3, get all 3 games if you've not already done so! Just amazingly epic.
