So UNO has hit XBL and it's pretty fun. It's basically UNO, with an add-on deck with new rules, but it's UNO. You can customize your game which is cool; bluffing, scoring, etc. are all options. This can make one game very different from the next. It would be nice to have a "game speed" setting because the game does go slowly, but it does help to watch what your competitors play. At only 400 points, it's a cheap fun game. The achievements are also pretty easy too, if you play for a while; I picked up three during my first game.
