What can I say about this port of an awesome game to the Playstation 2? It was terrible, just terrible. Unreal Tournament for the PS2 may look fun at first, looking at the screenshots brings back memories of the old PC shooter that started a generation. But believe me, it's not. The graphics are horrible, the music and voices are repetitive, and the controls are so bad that it's hard just to make a simple kill in Deathmatch mode. The multiplayer features in this game don't really help it out either. Playing with a friend suddenly becomes a chore when you have half a screen to look at, and your character won't aim or move where you tell him/her to. So, I would not advise anyone to rent or even buy this game even for its $9.99 value price tag. It's just not worth having in your collection or in your PS2 for that matter. Stay away from this horrible port of a great game and instead find a copy for PC.
