One of the best First-Person Shooters out there,with a relevant story to boot.PS2 owners will be proud to have this.....
Urban Choas is one of the more grittier games for the PS2 and it comes out when the PS2 is set to be replaced by the much superiour PS3.You star as Nick Mason,a member of the T-zero sqaud(modeled after the real life SWAT).T-zero is a highly funded anti-terrorism sqaud on a mission to prove themselves against the Burners,who are hell-ben on destroying the city.In between the levels,you will be treated to news stations following your every move.The newsreader is a real-life person whose name I cannot remember. Now,lets move on to the stuff that matters to us the most.The game has been presented really well and there is very little if any thing that wrong with this game.You have your normal guns like the Mk-41 and Grenade-Machine gun w/ scope.You also have a shield that comes very handy at the most critical of moments.Since most of the missions are to rescue...you might be bombarded by attacks.Now this is one thing I didn't like...you generally have a medic following you and when you face some real danger,you are then forced to send her away.Plus she normally stays with the victims providing them medical support and you have to save both of them from harm.She also carry's three medical packs for you per mission and taking them is modelled after the ones used in Cold Winter. Plus the missions can get increasingly difficult as you progress,so it's eay to lose your cool.All in all,this game is one of the better titles to emerge in a year in which the PS2 is likely to be succeeded by the PS3.
