This game will suprise you.

Urban Chaos: Riot Response puts you in the shoes of a member of T-Zero which means Zero tolerance. Well, that is about right for the game that you experience with this. Sure, you can use your taser to knock the baddies unconcious, but the only reason to do that is for the medal. Speaking of which, I love the medal system that rewards you for completing such things as arresting (read: taser the guy till he drops his weapon) 10 guys, getting 30 headshots, finding gang masks, and others. One of the coolesat and most violent things about this game are the slo-mo death sequences that happen sometimes. Like once I got a headshot on a guy standing on the roof of a building while he had a hostage, and he fell backwards and flippes over the railing and onto a helicopter that was coming up to get me. My only gripe about this game is the length. It really needs to be longer. In the end, however, if you're looking for a good FPS for PS2, look no further.
