Vagrant Story is one of the most unique rpg's every made. On top of that it had a compelling story with graphics and gameplay to back it up. First off, Ashely Riot looks awesome. I love the timed button presses for the figting sequences. Each and every fight was a challenge. You couldn't just go around they area mindlessly button smashing. You have to time each hit, and every weapon is different. Speaking of weapons,the way you can customize your weapons together, and get countless different outcomes depending on the metal,hilt and weapon type was awesome. Also, your enemies are affected by the type of weapons you use. Example: Certain undead creatures are week against silver and peircing weapons. If you combined the right materials you can get a silver rapier and have a decent advantage. The enviroments are also intriguing, and the exploration aspect is by far one of the best in any rpg todate. With all that said the story will keep you coming back for more, oh and did i say this game looks absolutely stunning. You can't go wrong adding this game to your collection.
