I missed Lenneth…Gorgeous game though.

I didn't play the first game but I enjoyed seeing my brother playing and I liked the story. I was young at the time and some things I didn't understand at first. Many years later, my brother played it again and I could see with a different perspective all the events of this wonderful mythology story. And I liked very much. I bought the second game because I thought it was a sequence of the first one. I was surprised to see that the story of the second VP takes place years before the first one. But it didn't mean that I didn't like the game; on the contrary, I loved it. Great Graphics, great sound and one of the most difficult RPG of all released for PS2. The battle system innovates the game experience and sometimes is a little confusing. The fights are a way different from the ones we know in Final Fantasy. The fans of Valkyrie Profile already know that you can see the enemies in the scenery and sometimes you can choose to fight or not against them. Every button is an attack of a different character and you can configure the way you want. One of the things that you have to do in some part of the game is level up your team. This can be a little tiring but if you are a RPG fan you already got used to it.
The fact it is hard to play didn't affect my opinion about the game at all. The last boss is almost impossible to beat and I spent some hours trying to figure out a way to defeat him but it was totally worth it.
So Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria is a Great game and I hope they would do other Valkyrie Profile but this time with Lenneth as the main character.
