7.5? aren't you being to generous?

User Rating: 5.5 | Velvet Assassin X360
Velvet assassins takes place in WW2, where you are a British secret agent who infiltrates German camps with stealth. For all of you splinter cell fans this is not as great as you would want it to be.
The killing gets repetitive and the Ai is totally busted. Enemies are not even a challenge and lack even the basic common sense. Even the killing gets boring after a few cracks at it.
There as a good idea of using Morphine in the game to allow you to take on the tough areas of the game but still it lacked substance and variety.
Graphic-wise it is a stand out, the visual are eye pleasing and sometimes even surprise you. However sometimes there is too much pulp in the juice and the visuals become sort of comedic.
The controls are fairly straight forward and doesn't take too long to get a hang of it. Killing is as easy as cutting butter with a hot knife and this making the game totally lacking challenge and the idea of exploration (even if you wanted to explore there is nothing much to see)
You EXP points for finding collectors items, and :surprise:surprise: you can level up and get points to increase your stealth, strength, and morphine time.

OVERALL: The game has some good ideas but not enough variation and challenges for a stealth love (like me) to really admire and enjoy it. NEED MORE SUBSTANCE rather than FLASH.....
