Game with a lot of potential.

Vessel is a 2D puzzle platformer developed by a indie developer with a lot of creative ideas which isn't actually that surprising in a puzzle game.

The game takes place in a steampunk world (more or less) where a scientist has developed helpers, made of fluids, called Fluros. You play the scientist and your job is to finish a project which is some kind of an accelerator, and you accomplish that using different types of fluids and Fluros. The graphics of the game are decent as is the sound, but some animations aren't really that good.

This is a puzzle game so there isn't really anything else to do than solving puzzles. However this task is much harder since most of the puzzles are fluid based and the fluid physics, even they are well made, tend to make the puzzles way harder than they actually are. Besides the fluid physics the Fluros are one of the main features in the game, they are mainly made of fluids and there are different types of Fluros that do different things, so naturally you will have to combine multiple Fluros of different kind in order to pass some puzzles, but the AI can be clumsy and stubborn. The game also has an RPG element based on your sprinklers (lets called them that), you collect white glowing fluid and spend it to unlock new sprinklers and upgrade them, which isn't necessary but they can be useful.

Vessel is creative and i really like the style of it, but it has issues and can be frustrating enough to ruin your fun and make you ragequit.

Pros: Interesting puzzles, steampunk style

Cons: Annoying AI, Fluid physics can be a drag
