Frame rate appears to be a bit rough with noticeable stutter. Not sure if it's the PC it was tested on or what. Are you using an HDMI cable or Display Port from the GPU? Are you using a GSYNC or Freesync monitor?

Why would you post PC footage played with controller though ? The biggest differentiator between this game on PC vs console is higher framerate and an entirely different experience due to mouse and keyboard that wasnt possible until now. The footage shows neither high framerate and uses console peripherals to mimick console gameplay.

Instead of this looking and playing in a fashion that wasnt possible until now, it just looks like any randon console footage. When demoing PC footage, try to actually play it like people do on PC's
