just bought Chrono Cross for PS One. I'm not a fan of Japanese role playing games, but I'll give it a try. We'll see if it's worthy of the 10 score it got a decade ago. ; )
@ChiefFreeman That's what I thought at first too but it's just one of those games that's really fun to play. You'll have to try it for yourself and find out.
true the graphics is not that awesome but you have to play it to see that this one of those games that has really good story and game play a must have for rpg gamers
Lol @ NinjaMunkee .. Guy doesn't have a clue. If you haven't already played Chrono Trigger on another format and feel you can insult it, you aren't an RPG fan and you have no right commenting on anything.
I normally don't even bother posting comments, but after reading NinjaMunkee, and Kleeyook's I thought I should. Firstly I would have thought 2 screens were unnecessary, but seeing it in practice... so useful! compared to the original, definite improvement. As for NinjaMunkee's comment... You've no idea pal. This game was originally released in 1995, at the end of SNES' life cycle. It has some of the best music and graphics that were ever put out on the system. The game play and story are incredible. While it's hard to appreciate now, it was light years ahead of its time when it was released. The game is an absolute gem, and one of the very best JRPGs ever released. Don't slag it, you just sound dumb.
This game has horrible music and graphics. As far as I can see, I doubt I will get this game. Don't get me wrong, I like RPG's, but this is just terrible, an insult really.
i've never played this game but have heard tons about it and am very excited for it. It looks very fun and funny. lolz @ when they walk over the 3 guys making a bridge.
what looks great about this title aside from the fact it's friggen Chrono Trigger, is that unlike the PS1 port, this one has no load times, just as the SNES one had none. Perfect
