@albatrossdrums truly said dude...this game is amazing...yesterday i was playing from 6pm till 3am in the morning !!! & seriously I didnt even realize the time !! I should also mention that I went to work an hour late this morning.. :)
I will get this, probably. GOW is good but it didn't hit a homerun for me. The only bit i really enjoyed in gow was probably the very first boss, hydra.
My two cents. Don't let some of the overly critical reviews prevent you from playing this. It's amazing how sites like GamePro and Gametrailers really wear their fanboy preferences on their sleeves with this title. Somehow, the fact that this game is similar to God of War and Zelda in some ways is treated as a major negative, something they harp on over and over in their reviews, yet those same sites seems to have no problem with totally derivative FPS games and are too busy wetting themselves over Bayonetta to admit that game also borrows quite liberally from GOW. The one negative I would say is that if you have both consoles, the screen tearing is an issue on the 360, especially in some of the indoor locations like some of the dungeons - it's quite noticeable, so maybe try the PS3 version instead. But even that is really no reason not to try it on the 360. The production values are excellent, by the way. It's really a shame this game is not getting more attention than it is.
