So what exact benefit does Kinect offer over a regular headset? why can't we use a regular headset?

Just me or is the build up to the new consoles making this year crambed of game releases, maybe game makers are wanting to release what they have been working on so they can set there sights on the next gen consoles.

I imagine its way faster just reloading or healing by pressing one button that's like 2 cm away from you thumb then just saying 3 symbols or words wasting precise time that you could be using not to be stabbed by necromorphs.
