Fallout 76 is finally coming to Steam on April 7, the same day the free Wastelanders update arrives. Bethesda will sell the base game and a Wastelanders Deluxe Edition, which includes the new Raider and Settler Content Bundles. In-game Atoms and Fallout 1st memberships will also be offered on Steam.
