The only "emo" character I see in here is Prompto blond dude. But just because they wear BLACK CLOTHES which, may likely be changed, doesn't mean they're emo.

I wish my hair stayed perfectly styled in the rain.

Even Final fantasy male protaganist looks like a j pop star with perfect skin in their HD iterations. Even the highly praised Cloud has not blemishes in his complexion and he is the epitome of emo and self loathing. Yet people complain about these guys?

Just play Dissidia or Duodecium. Square has always made/envisioned their leading men to be super pretty.

I will flat out say that I did not give this footage a chance after seeing how they continue to create the dumbest hairstyles ever. The blonde looks like an attempt to recreate Cloud, but more lame.

Wow finally FF seems to be moving in a better direction (AWAY from 13). Love the fact that this is somewhat like FF8 (modern fantasy setting)

I'm saying Holiday 2016 on this. Maybe early 2017. I'd be hard pressed to believe it'll be out next year.

battle looks like combination of Kingdom hearts and the bouncer... both SE games from ps2 era... personally I need more flashy battle... I like when a sword swing leaves a glow-y trail and each hit is a fireworks of light and magic... remember Omnislash from FF7? That made me grin every time.

Characters look exactly like Kevin Van Ord said earlier... like a K-Pop boy band... I'm not a fan... but it's too soon to judge anything. SE is known for spawning amazing and terrible games...

Not impressed

This looked a bit of confusing. I am not against the idea of being much more in direct control of the combat, or a real time instead of turn-based, although so far I liked the older turn-based version more. But that is simply because I had better idea what every single of my characters is doing at any moment. In this one I had problem to make out what the main character is doing, not to mention others. :-) Hopefully, when I will be able to get my own hands on it, it will be less confusing than just seeing it on screen.

I'm just glad to see that they making the battles more exciting. I can't stand traditional turned based battles anymore expecially if the game is super long. I need something to keep me wrapped.up in the game besides the story. I'm looking forward to seeing what this game has to offer.

Although the characters look like an Emo boy band, the game looks great!(I hope that there are girls that fight alongside you though...seriously hope so a bit)

i like where theyre going with 15 alotit's like Devil May Cry with more RPG elements to deepen the gameplay plus liking the art direction

I will need to see a lot more. I don't like any of the characters so far. There's always a little hope left in me that Square-Enix won't screw up 1 more Final Fantasy.

That frog REALLY needed that spotlight, eh?

The previous trailer was better IMO, they spent too much time showing off the graphics and character design (and the frog, of course) in this one. Still looks promising though.

Well that looks technically impressive

The graphics are awesome. What bothers me is the characters. A bunch of g-a-y emo metros pancakes. Why cant they make like guys age 20-25 that doesnt look like a female ? why there are no females at all in there ? Combat... where do i begin ? This looks like monster hunter ? eh. Not buying FFXV, sorry. Old school FF with male looking like males and actual females with a good old ATB.

An emo main character? That's never been done before by Square Enix/Square Soft.

I just saw the trailer, I wasn't really interested before, but I am now. It looks good, but it looks like Final Fantasy VII's gothic look, and I never really liked that look, but it's not bad. I'm just kind of happy there's finally a new Final Fantasy.

Yeah, dang. I don't usually say this, as I just don't think games that usually look good, look that good due to some problem, but this does look amazing visually.

13 killed the series for me and the fact this was originally an offshoot of that has me worried, but i hope this is good.
