America's Army 2 throwing nade yelling out my name lol

I still play SWAT 4 every year... just can't get away from the experience and feeling!

Played SWAT 2 as well... and 1 and 3 lol

Played Ghost Recon since it's first invention.... Playing Ghost Recon phantoms quite actively now but reluctant with its virtual market and prices

Enjoyed GRFS single player, didn't expect much from MP since it is Ubisoft... always fail MP support, thus never popular.

Stopped playing COD at #4: Modern Warfare 2 realized the skinning scheme

Did not buy BF4 nothing new, hating intrusive battlelog plug-in into my browser. Therefore no hardline lol.

What I'd like to see in hostage related games:

- I'd like to see that the LONGER the time you hold a hostage the more PERKS/Benefit you get during that game/after round finishes. This would emphasize the game more on the hostage(s).

- Also I'd like to see how hostages have randomized personality which sometimes can have both the courage/stockholm syndrome in which they can make the life of the attacking/defending team more difficult. Of course this can be countered by appropriately prepared/perked teammate/commander.

- I'd like to see multiple fireteams/squads in one team/side so that coordinated multiple breach/entry for the attacker can happen it would be awesome. In turn for the hostage taker multiple team would allow them to either combat the entries or guard hostage while another team defend an entry/choke point.

Never played Counter Strike more than the number of fingers in one hand....

Realism ftw

i think a lot of people would agree that there are too many fast paced arcade shooters and not enough slow paced thinking mans game shooters. Everyone grows tired of COD. Although shooters that are out are generally the same idea, developers need to look outside the box. For Example..SWAT games shouldn't be labelled a tactical shooter, they should be labelled as a Tactical Experience. The goal of SWAT and Rainbow Six should be to not shoot anyone, but to find the best non lethal solution to assess each situation. If you kill you should have a penalty or something to make you think "i really don't need to shoot anyone today".

I dunno, I'm just tired of run and gun games

i think sometimes developers see what works in other games and try to adapt it to there own product but this doesn't always mean it turns into a better game

@swantn5: Shadows of Mordor worked IMO.

Batman game mixed with Assassin's Creed.
