Very Pretty. But they obviously held the good stuff back, because they just showed link riding the horse through empty fields. I expect the final game to have lots of explorable caves, dungeons, etc., somewhat like Skyrim. Hope it has a real day and night cycle.

@toffifee Yes, the Pro controller. I never thought I'd say this, but I actually prefer it to the GameCube controller now.

Like seriously, I got the GC Adapter for Smash Bros because I thought I wouldn't enjoy the game as much without it, yet I ended up using the Pro controller instead. It's just too comfortable, it became my favorite controller.

Also, when I played Wind Waker HD, I used the Pro controller to control Link, but I kept the Wii U Gamepad beside me to look at the map quickly and for inventory management. Same with Pikmin 3.

@toffifee Honestly the only game I don't want to play with the gamepad is SSB(or fighting games in general). For most games it works quite well. The weight isn't bad and it's button layout works for most games. I just don't like the placement for fighters.


But I've used it for MK8, WWHD, and Pikmin 3 and no gripes with any of those games.


Check Nintendo's refurbished console on their site if they still have them they are $200.

@Sevenizz I did, no problems here. I actually like the game pad. I also love playing it in my bed where the game is played right through the pad. like an HD gameboy lol. It has all kinds of nifty features that I like, and I do think its comfortable for me. but I know its personal preference

Epona automatically avoiding trees, that's some polish right there. And did you see the scale? Looks bigger than Just Cause 2 and that game was massive. Hopefully it's filled with content and dynamic events. Can't wait.

Yes it does look to be bigger, and the big thing is that you don't have a really fast method of travel(although I imagine some form of warping will be present).

Kind of disappointed them moving away from motion control Zelda. Even though Twilight Princess wasn't motion plus, playing the Gamecube version felt like a downgrade.
