@EPaul DC universe is boring crap compared to this. Here at least you feel really powerful when you defeat hords of enemies. In DC you have to buy best gear by collecting points that you only get playing instances. Here you can actually find great gear. As far as i tested beta until now it's great. After diablo3 fiasco this will be a rewarding game.
@Saketume Because it's more interesting to have a black guy that is really popular in the movies to do it. Does it matter? I thought the same thing when i first saw that they were doing it, but oh well, anyone could really "Be" Nick Fury, even a woman, "Nickita Fury" heh
Yes it matter. It always matters to a fan when they completely change a character and its established history. I get that the movie version characters aren't exactly the same as the comic book 616 universe characters but the movie is supposed to be a representation of the popular comic book characters.
I bet there would be more of an uproar if they changed a non white character though.
Maybe if Storm was white in the X-Men or the Black Panther was an asian. There'd most likely be a hate storm if Luke Cage was portrayed as a beverly hills white teen girl.
They've done this before with King Pin in the Daredevil movie and now the Ultimate Spider-Man got replaced by a black kid. It's getting ridiculous.
@Saketume @00J nothing bothered me worse movie-wise than the x-men being a bunch of dumbass kids and wolverine being some little skinny idiot. believe it was a good choice for xavier though.
The black one was always supposed to be the original Stan Lee said. But they can't just get rid of white fury, so they have two different universes now.
