This is like Shin Megumi Tensei style game play with Death Note Eye/machine to see time/life of the human, just like the "In Time" movie where the time is on the wrist...

the first half felt like an animation version of watch dogs, but the other half suddenly turned into something like god eater, so... im not sure what to make of it

There is good anime and there is bad anime so far in this generation not one anime inspired game except Ni no Kuni made a dent.I want that old PS2 time back but Japan is not evolving with the times.You cant make Final Fantasy and disregard Mass Effect or Skyrim and that goes double for all the other games in other genres .That Advent children movie was the direction I wanted to see.Realistic Anime style,story that actually makes sense and big bosses and over the top fighting systems.This game will be a 6

Death Note meets Final Fantasy...?

I really like it. You don't see graphics style like this everyday; it looks interesting. I also thought about Persona the moment I saw this, but it's definitely not a bad thing since I loved it.

Too bad it's just a teaser though - it'll prolly take forever to come out :C

Not so much interested in futuristic Japanese stuff.... I prefer it more fantasyish.... I like Persona though which leans more toward this than fantasy.... I'll have to see gameplay because so far the theme doesn't interest me

this trailer reminds me of the movie In Time where numbers matter...

instead of numbers in their arms,,,, its floating over their heads like Death Note...

a little bit of Digimon with the monsters / mechs / monster-mech hybrid....

some features of Psycho Pass (anime) where they can monitor the citizens craziness (in these case the numbers over their heads)....

can't judge the game via this trailer,,,, but i hope this will be a good one....

The numbers above the head appear to be a bar-code. It looks like this game takes place in the future where the government is in complete control of what people do and where they are. Via technology like V-Chips and ect. Game looks really good so far can't wait to check out more!

when i first saw the topic pic i thought jet set radio. after the clip started i thought valkyria chronicles. about midway through i thought this was a metal gear solid game because of the music.

now... i don't know what to think. :(
