Looks like Saints Row IV with a different coat of paint and a few new things (like winged flight).

Won't be enough to get me to buy it brand new, but if it pops up on a Steam sale for 75% off or lower, I'll snag it.

I enjoyed the conversation more than what I saw on the screen, and SRTT was the first PS3 game I bothered to Platinum.
