Reality Check - 3 Awesome Science Things I Want in GTA V

This was stupid. Seriously. Why should we have any of these in ANY video games?

Hmm... how about 3D-printing a 3D printer so you can 3D-print while you are 3D-printing... Just saying.

3D printing in the safe house sounds ideal! Possible getting busted for it too perhaps?

um i vaguely remember the flying missions in gta:sa being a godamn nightmare and i mean the lessons and learning to do certain moves like a barrel roll and all that

3d gun printing shouldn't be encouraged in any way. The idea of putting it in a game as influential as GTA is stupid to say the least. The last thing we need in society are assholes to be printing guns in their basement. Since that has already become a reality, we shouldn't bring any more attention to the issue in the hopes it doesn't become more widespread.

3D printing... AWSOME

Having more science concepts in the Grand Theft Auto series makes the game even that more bizarre.

Thoughts on the ideas:

1. At first I was thinking that this was redundant, but having a 3-D printer in your safehouse sounds awesome.

2. Flying cars have always existed in GTA (>II), you just had to enable them with cheat codes. Having the Terrafugia Transition would be lame. The TF-X on the other hand…

3. This is a solution to a problem that doesn't exist in video games. But as a satire of a possible future, it could work.

just some more of hundreds of ideas although a lot included jetpacks strapped on your back , the other heard concepts were basically the same and my dog probably would not eat that burger ! but all and all nice try ....

Pretty cool little show, enjoyable watch.

definetlly cool that you added some variety to the show. love the whole science concept behind the show in general. for constructive criticism, maybe next time give a little more facts or details. seemed really short this week. you had tunnel vision with the whole "this what I want in games" spin off. cool but didn't really go into as great a detail as you should.

Uhm I'm just puzzled after watching this. Sure, the science behind these technologies is cool and interesting, but what on earth does it have to do with a GTA game?? Bizarre.

Worst show on GS and that might be my first comment ever on GS. Show so bad that actually motivated me to write something. Hmm that's a good thing though isn't it ? It's motivating :)

Old concept was better to me at least.

i like the idea of the show, but those ideas are wack. maybe in gta6 or 7 those would make more sense.

I liked this and would like there to be them occasionally within the batch of reality checks but it feels like it could do with a little fine tuning

I think the whole point of this video was so I would get an email about a GTA V update, come to gamespot and comment like an idiot.

Good show. Even discussion of what technology you'd like to see explored in games generally, rather than by title, should be interesting.

I like the standard shows better, but this was enjoyable and is good for variety/change of pace.

3-D printing weapons? Unnecessary in my opinion. What use will Ammunations have then? If anything, the 3-D printing should be head-to-head with Ammunations in regards to the availability of weapons. However, I still don't see this working in multiplayer. Flying cars? Maybe keep the hover car. The car/plane shown in the video only has enough room for one person so it would be useless as a group getaway vehicle. They should bring back flying car cheats. Those were always fun to toy with. Lab grown burgers? That's not that bad of an idea. It would be very interesting to see different food brands fight for competition using marketing slogans and ads.

I'm excited for buying/selling stocks. Similar to Vice City Stories with the empires and accruing money over a period of time.

Meh.... I usually like your shows alot. but this new idea is a bit weak to me. I liked how the other shows had a bit of a theme. You could learn a little bit about science. This felt like more like a review of science related current events.

I like the first and second one but the third one really blows...

GTA's already had a flying car, from the airport in gta3 - it wasn't great, but in gta3 it was the only thing that approached being flyable by your character...

Other types of Bovine do, but by definition "cattle" is essentially domesticated bovine. And how many domesticated "cows" (the good old traditional farm cow) do you know that live in the wild, without human protection?

These animals have become so reliant on humans I doubt they would survive without us. But before you say anything else, make note of the fact I'm saying words like "doubt" and "probably". I'm not claiming they "will definitely" die without us. It's just very likely.
